About this event
The Office of Student Affairs offers Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for CU alumni, faculty, staff, students, and unaffiliated community members. This is a 4-hour traditional classroom course where BLS is taught and demonstrated. Participants learn to recognize life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, and use an AED. You don't need to be a healthcare provider to participate. The BLS course provides a two-year certification through the American Heart Association.
