About this event

Discover more dexterity in your hands and feet while connecting your hands and feet to your shoulders, hips and spine. Explore initiating movements from your hands and feet to the center of your body and from the center of your body out to your hands and feet. After class, experience a sense of stability and ease in standing and walking. Notice improvements in the quality of your hand movements and in your ability to bear weight on your hands.
