Get ready for a magical culinary adventure with our brand-new Holiday-themed Chef-led demonstration! We’ll whisk you away on a sparkling and bright, merry tasting sleigh ride through our favorite traditional holiday treats, all with our special molecular gastronomy twist. Discover the amazing science behind the holiday season, our cooking processes, and techniques during the 30-minute demonstration, while savoring our unique take on the season’s classics. Sugar Science - The Science of Christmas will be running through the end of the year.

Each ticket comes with six delightful sweet treats, plus you can pick your favorite bubbly liquid nitrogen sundae. Plus, you’ll get to enjoy some time in our glow-in-the-dark room for a sugary and bright tasting experience!

Our dessert shop is a fun place for everyone, from little ones to the grandest of grandparents! We keep things cozy with a maximum of 16 guests per session, so everyone can have a blast. Whether you’re planning a fun date, a family trip, or just craving something sweet, this is the perfect spot for sweet and science enthusiasts of all ages.

December tickets will be released towards the end of November. We cannot schedule private demonstrations or sell individual tickets in advance of monthly ticket releases.

Just a heads-up: all ticket sales are final and can’t be changed to different times or dates. Your ticket is considered void once the time has passed. Please remember that everyone, ages two and older, needs a ticket to enter the dessert shop.

All of our treats are 100% nut-free and we can accommodate gluten & dairy allergies - just please let us know upon arrival to the dessert shop, and before the demonstration begins. The Inventing Room Dessert Shop requires advance online ticket purchase and we cannot accommodate walk-in guests.
