Project Our Town

About this event

Looking to give back to our community? Join me for the PROJECT OUR TOWN Week of Action from November 5th through the 15th!

There are so many ways to get involved, whether you want to volunteer from a warm indoor space or get outside and active.

Here are some of the projects looking for hands:

• Food Security: Assemble soup and oatmeal packets for local food pantries or help prep Thanksgiving dinners.

• Care Packages: Put together vital kits for neighbors in need, including Kitchen Essentials, Personal Hygiene, and Winter Essentials.

• Community Clean-up: Get outdoors and help clean up the Highline Canal.

• Donation Sorting: Help organize critical incoming donations like pet food and medical supplies.

Bring the whole crew! Many of these shifts are completely family-friendly and perfect for kids. You can also grab a group of friends, family, or coworkers to sign up and volunteer together.

Whether you have a few hours or a whole day, your time will make a direct impact right here in our town.
