About this event
WHAT: Partner up & explore shared momentum, clean mechanics, and controlled exchanges in the aerial straps class. Each week we will introduce a duo sequence, looking at key technical details, engagement patterns, and momentum mechanics. PREREQUISITES: Students should be able to hang in a long-arm (overhead) position in a hollow body. Students should be able to invert in the air unassisted. LEVEL: All levels. No partner required! New to straps? No problem — we’ll introduce foundational wraps, proper engagement, and straps partnering fundamentals.
