Yin + Sound Bath

About this event

A slow, grounding class combining long-held yin yoga postures with immersive sounds. Breath and mindfulness calm the nervous system as the body adapts to stillness within deep stretches. Crystal singing bowls, harmonic chimes, and other live instruments evoke relaxation throughout the class, closing in an extended savasana sound bath. A meditative, inward-focused experience that invites acceptance for one’s body, mind, and emotions.
