About this event
This class is for intermediate/advanced lyra students who are looking to take their practice to the next level. In this class we will work on seamless transitions and finding your lyra serenity. We will also work on dynamics and basic drops. Pre-Reqs: Unassisted tuck, straddle, pullover, and side mount in both static and spin mode. Single knee and arm hangs, skin the cats, meathooks, and pullovers on the top bar. Comfort in the spanset.
