About this event
Liquid Motion 2 will teach you the important techniques from the 1.0 Extended Library, and additional Liquid Motion Level 2 specified movements to eventually achieve more difficult floor work and an overall better understanding of your body. *You MUST have been tested out of LM Level 1 in order to attend this class. **Note: Knee pads, leg warmers or leggings, and heels are highly recommended.
