About this event
A joyful, imagination-filled yoga adventure designed just for kids, this class blends movement, mindfulness, and storytelling to help little ones build confidence, coordination, and emotional awareness. Through creative poses, games, and breathwork, children learn to connect with their bodies, express themselves, and discover calm—all while having fun and exploring their inner world. Parents welcome to participate or observe! Parent/guardian must remain on-site with their child for the entire duration of the class. This class is FREE for children of Yogi Colorado members!
