About this event

Live out your best Jazz life in this playful and dynamic class where we will celebrate all the avenues of the beloved style of Jazz dance. From theatrical to commercial, there is something for everyone. Jazz is largely derived from Ballet techniques and founders like Jack Cole, Gus Giordano, Bob Fosse and Eugene Louis Faccuito better known as “Luigi”. A basic understanding of these techniques is recommended, such as pas de bourré, pirouette, battement and chassés. Not suitable for absolute beginners but open to all levels with 2-3 years dance experience in Ballet, Contemporary, Modern or, of course, Jazz! Let’s boogie!
