Spin Pole Intermediate

About this event

This is a mixed level class that would require you have experience with level 2 static classes and be working on level 2, 2.5, 3 static pole. This will focus on L (transition based moves) strength moves and transitions while building off those moves by using spin pole. Moves that will be working through on spin pole are:Spins and transitions seen in Level 2 and 2.5 with introductions to basic inversions from the ground, crucifix variations. there is no aerial inversions for this level but will cover descending movements while on spin pole. * MUST HAVE ATTENDED level 2 static pole and be comfortable climbing and sits on the pole. Recommend that you have taken "spin pole Beginner" before attending this class.
