Children's Ballet Level 2 (Ages 9+)

About this event

hildren's Ballet 2/3 is designed for dancers who have mastered the fundamentals of ballet and are ready to continue building their technique, strength, and artistry. Students will develop greater confidence while refining proper alignment, coordination, flexibility, musicality, and classical ballet vocabulary. Classes include progressive barre work, center exercises, across-the-floor progressions, turns, jumps, and combinations that challenge dancers to improve precision, balance, and movement quality. As students advance, they will also develop performance skills, discipline, and a deeper appreciation for the artistry of ballet. This class provides a strong technical foundation that prepares dancers for higher-level ballet training and supports success in all styles of dance. Prerequisites: Previous ballet experience, successful completion of Children's Ballet Level 1/2, or instructor placement is recommended.
