Hard Candy Jazz

About this event

*All Levels Welcome but class is geared towards more intermediate students. Hard Candy Jazz Marquette’s signature jazz class brings together over 25 years of dance and teaching experience with the style, energy, and performance quality Hard Candy is known for. Class begins with a center warm-up focused on jazz fundamentals and technique, followed by across-the-floor progressions incorporating turns, kicks, jumps, and traveling combinations. We’ll finish with choreography that puts your technique into action, ranging from sharp and powerful to sultry, smooth, and street jazz-inspired. Expect to sweat, strengthen your technique, build musicality and confidence, and DANCE. All levels welcome. Heels optional.
