Advanced Pole – This class is for seasoned polers ready to push the limits. You'll train challenging combos on both spin and static pole, weaving together strength-based tricks, aerial transitions, and fluid sequencing. Expect to level up your technique, endurance, and creative flow with high-demand movements that require total body control. We’ll be working with advanced tricks while emphasizing clean lines, intentional movement, and fierce execution. Prerequisites: ✔ Comfortable with aerial handsprings ✔ Extended butterfly variations ✔ Brass monkey entries ✔ Solid shoulder mounts
