About this event
Looking for a family-friendly yoga event in Denver that’s as adorable as it is impactful? Join us for Adoptable Puppy Yoga + Social Hour on select Saturdays at VFW Post 1 , where adoptable puppies from Lola’s Rescue roam the yoga mat, snuggle up during savasana, and might just steal your heart.
This unique, all-levels puppy yoga class in Denver offers the perfect mix of movement, mindfulness, and mission. After your flow, stick around for a relaxed social hour to cuddle pups, chat with fellow dog lovers, and maybe even find your future furry best friend.
