Sound Bath Experience

About this event

This is more than a sound bath. It is a deeply restorative, intentionally guided experience designed to give you space to slow down, turn inward, and simply receive. Settle comfortably onto your mat with blankets and supportive props as you are guided through a calming meditation designed to help you transition out of the busyness of the day and into a state of deeper rest and awareness. From there, you’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and therapeutic sound. Throughout the experience, carefully chosen **affirmations are gently spoken between periods of sound and silence**, creating moments to reflect, reconnect, and set meaningful intentions. Rather than continuous sound, the experience moves intentionally between: **MEDITATION** — Settle the body and bring your attention inward. **SOUND** — Rest in the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments. **AFFIRMATIONS** — Receive simple, meaningful words and intentions woven throughout the experience. **SILENCE** — Allow space to absorb, notice, and simply be. Each session may center around a different theme such as **Self-Trust, Letting Go, Inner Peace, Gratitude, Rest, Grounding, Confidence, or Coming Back to Yourself.** There is nothing you need to accomplish. Simply get comfortable, close your eyes, and allow yourself to receive. **A premium experience for anyone craving intentional rest, reflection, and reconnection.** No meditation or sound bath experience is necessary.
