Self-defense with a Christian perspective

Whether you want to get in better shape, learn self-defense, increase flexibility, or workout with a group of friends you are invited to join Tae Kwon Do at the Life Center every Monday from 6:30 to 8:30 . The class is for students of all ages. We have kids, adults, and seniors training together, in fact, many students train alongside their family.

All instructors are certified and trained through American Sports Karate Association. All classes are free, except a $10 registration fee. CLICK HERE for more information.
