About this event

Pole work reviews all L1 spins, focusing on the ability to perform them 1-handed. L2 introduces students to a huge syllabus of new grips, holds, spins and combos, ensuring a physical and mental workout. This class is extremely spin-oriented and is highly encouraged for transfer students to fill in the blanks. proper holds and muscle-usage is highly educated and required of students at this level to set them up for a lifetime of pole safety. *yoga mat required! heels optional. *Must have graduated from Level 1 pole before attending this class.
