About this event
This class is a regular Vinyasa yoga practice except you will be completely immersed by candlelight. Soft calming illumination will enhance your meditative experience as you simultaneously strengthen the body through a dynamic flow. This class is suitable for students with some yoga experience looking to have an invigorating and dynamic experience right before bed.
