An Infinity Bar Allegro 2 class uses the Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformer to deliver a highly versatile, full-body workout. The key feature is the "Infinity Footbar," which moves the entire length of the reformer, allowing for dozens of positions, smoother transitions, and exercises (such as advanced lunges, planks, and stretching) that traditional reformers cannot accommodate.
