About this event
Allegra is delighted to share her morning practice with you, designed to cultivate an intentional and well-balanced start to the day and week. The session begins with 15 minutes of gently guided meditation, breathwork and gentle movement to warm up the body. The practice will awaken our energetic bodies and will culminate in a sacred welcoming of the sun through nine salutations. This class will remain largely unchanged, allowing us to deepen our connection to the ritual and the reverence of the practice.
