Spin Pole - All Levels

About this event

This class focuses on control, flow, and body awareness while navigating the pole in spin mode. Students will work on tricks, transitions, and combos, with options and modifications provided for all experience levels. This class emphasizes fluid movement, proper technique, and exploring the artistry of spin. Prerequisites: This is an all-levels class, but not appropriate for absolute beginners - we recommend showing up once you are familiar with basic Level 1 moves.
