Down n Dirty Pole Choreo

About this event

This is the perfect class for anyone looking to learn fun and challenging pole choreography sequences. This class will focus on learning a new choreography every three weeks. The first week we will learn the base routine, the second week we will build upon that base, and the third week we will practice it and add our own personal flare! Class will include a warm-up, overview of some of the basic movements needed, and learning a choreography sequence. This fun and welcoming class will help you gain confidence, learn musicality, and express yourself through dance! Prerequisites: This is an all-levels class, but not appropriate for absolute beginners - we recommend showing up once you are familiar with basic Level 1 moves. Heels are encouraged but not required, but please bring knee pads!
