About this event
The class begins with a slinky warm-up that will not only get your body ready to work, but will give you floor work you can incorporate into your dance routine. Class will move to the pole, where you will be introduced to transitions and spins. Be prepared to fall in love with this workout! TO HELP YOU PREPARE: Heels are welcome & encouraged! Yoga mat is optional. Rentals are available for $3. Poles may be shared between 2 students.
