About this event

This class is specially catered to ballet newbies. During the hour we will cover the foot and arm positions, proper alignment, full body stretches, the fundamental barre exercises, and the basic center and across the floor steps that all of ballet technique derives from. It is a fun, relaxed environment and moves at a slower pace than the more advanced classes. This class is perfect for beginners looking to gain a basic knowledge of ballet steps and terminology. No experience needed or leotards, slippers or tutus --- grab a pair of socks and jump right in!
