Warm-up shifts to stronger focuses on strength, plyometrics, cardio and flexibility. This class will focus on expanding level 2 spins and level 3 transition movements and bringing them in to introduction of climbs and inverts and aerial combos! Proper safety and technique at this level is again paid strong attention to in students, in order to assure correct execution of movements. * Must have a familiarity with Static Pole Lv3 to participate in this class! **Recommended to have attended and be comfortable in Spin pole Intermediate
