About this event
November 11, 2026
Free for all Veterans
November 11th, is a day dedicated to honoring the brave men and women
who have served and continue to serve in the United States Armed Forces. In honor of our veterans, Cherokee Ranch and Castle Foundation will be offering a free tour of the Castle for US Military Veterans on November 11, 2026 .
Cherokee Castle’s unique architecture combines aspects of the Western United States and a 1450’s Scottish-style castle built in the 1920’s. The Castle is home to historic collections of fine art, furnishings and memorabilia from around the world.
A guided Tour of the Castle offers an intimate look upon one of Colorado’s finest hidden gems and all of the treasures housed inside. The history of Cherokee Ranch & Castle Foundation, including the legacy of founder, Tweet Kimball gives guests a great understanding and appreciation for the arts, education and conservation.
Access for other abled guests is available on the first floor and Castle grounds, in which some areas of the Castle are
accessed using stairways.
The majority of the tour takes place on the first level.
The second level of the Castle is stair accessible only.
