About this event
Restorative yoga allows students to rest in stillness and experience deep relaxation and calm. We use props and blankets to hold poses comfortably for 5-10 minutes, allowing the body to release and align. Blankets and blocks provided. Students may bring extra blankets if desired. We also suggest a sweater, light jacket, and socks for additional comfort.
