About this event

OG Classical Mat follows Joseph Pilates’ original 34 Contrology mat exercises in a smart, progressive flow designed to build strength, mobility, posture, and deep core control. We’ll occasionally incorporate simple props (magic circle, small ball, weights, etc.) to support alignment, add feedback, or deepen the work. This class is taught to the body that day with modifications always offered so every level feels successful. Come to learn the method, not just move through it. Everyone is welcome. Offered in-studio + live online.
