About this event
Hoop takes on more meaning when you are swinging around in a circle! This class is a beginner class that promises to challenge all who attend. Expect to learn tricks and static poses on the Lyra while then being shown how to progress those tricks into fluid transitions and combos. Layers are encouraged for this class. All levels welcome.
