About this event

What Is Yoga & Social Justice? Join us for our November Community Circle at the Rodolfo “Corky” Gonzales Branch Library in Denver's West Colfax neighborhood! Together, we'll explore how yoga's eight limbs connect with everyday life, leadership, and social justice — and why yoga is about so much more than physical postures.

Through accessible movement, pranayama (breathing practice), meditation, reflection, and conversation, we'll experience how yoga can support both personal awareness and collective change.

Sunday, November 15 | 3:15–4:30 PM MT | In Person Free to attend. RSVP encouraged. Public transportation recommended due to limited parking.
