Spin Pole Beginner

About this event

Now that you have experienced static pole this will be your introduction to the world of spin. This is a mixed level class that will continue working on the technique and strength that where established in Pole level 1, but now adding the element of the spinning pole. This class will work on how to establish and use momentum from the spin pole. Climbing and upright combos using your level 1 movements. *MUST HAVE GRADUATED from Level 1 and currently attending level 2 + classes. This class is not recommend to those who have never pole danced before, prior experience is highly recommended. Note: Please make sure to wear clothing that exposes the knees, as we will be climbing up the pole in this class!
