About this event
Class will have more challenging exercises and sequencing than in a restorative class. This class is suitable for individuals who have completed their private series and or have graduated from attending a restorative class. Clients need to have a good understanding of the Pilates repertoire and be able to modify as needed without disrupting the flow of the class.
