About this event
*This class is in person in our studio at 1224 Washington Ave. #210. Pre-registration is required through the web site. Yin yoga targets the deep connective tissue of the body. Through a series of long-held floor poses, Yin places gentle stress on less elastic tissues of the body such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia to increase flexibility over time. Props are utilized to allow students to hold poses, typically from 1 to 10 minutes. Yin is appropriate for all levels.
