Ever wonder how to walk or even dance in those 7 inch heels? This class focuses on strengthening those ankles and calves in order to wear your heels safety along with establishing comfort and balance all while learning choreo and combos that focus on the usage of heels. *Bring your heels, water and knee pads are always suggested. **All levels are welcome to this class and will be able to adapt choreography for all levels.
