This class is suitable for both beginners and more advanced yogis. **SUNDAY CLASS: Please use the side door (to the right of the front door of the building) as this is usually unlocked on Sundays. The code to the stairwell is 1970 - please note that the elevator only goes DOWN on Sundays.**
