Our Intermediate Pole Class is designed for students who have mastered the basics and are ready to build strength, fluidity, and confidence with more complex tricks and transitions. 🌀 What to Expect: Inversions (inside & outside leg hangs, shoulder mounts) Spins with more control and flair Intermediate climbs and combos Intro to dynamic movement & low-flow Strength-building drills to support advanced moves Focus on clean transitions and flow 💪 Pre-requisites: Comfortable with basic spins and climbs Able to hold a pole sit Working towards or able to invert (even from the floor) 👯♀️ Why You'll Love It: This class balances technique and creativity, helping you grow not just as a pole student, but as a performer.
