Intermediate Pole'ography

About this event

What is pole'ography exactly? Great question! In this class we will explore floor assisted stalls, shapes, spins, and transitions while integrating these concepts into choreography at the base of the pole. Choreography in this class is usually taught over 3-4 weeks, as we build the routine. You are welcome to sign at any point, as the choreography is reviewed week to week before adding on more! **Please keep in mind, knee pads and previous exposure to stalls/rolls and completion of level 1 pole are helpful for your comfort in this class! Heels/boots/closed toed shoes, leggings and pole shorts are also strongly recommended. Socks are also totally a-ok if shoes aren’t for you! ***
