WHAT IF THE PATTERN DIDN’T START WITH YOU?

Have you ever noticed a pattern in your life that keeps repeating, even when you've tried to change it?

A relationship dynamic. A struggle with money or prosperity. A feeling of not quite belonging. Or something you seem to carry that you can't quite explain.

COME EXPERIENCE FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS

Developed through the work of Bert Hellinger, Family Constellations is an experiential approach that explores the family as a system and the ways relationships, experiences, and patterns may be carried across generations.

In a constellation, members of the group may represent people or elements within a family system, allowing us to experience and explore dynamics that may be difficult to see through conversation alone.

This 2-hour introductory evening offers an opportunity to learn about the work and experience it in person.

We'll explore:

• What Family Constellations is and how it works

• How family-system dynamics can show up in our lives

• How a constellation unfolds

• The role of representatives and the group

• Opportunities to experience the process firsthand

No previous experience is necessary. Come simply because you're curious, bring a pattern or question you'd like to explore, or participate as a representative in someone else's constellation.
