About this event
In this intermediate class we will explore movement and how rope differs from fabric. Learn pathways, sequences, drops, and beats specific to rope. Fundamental moves (catchers/hipkey/footlocks) will also be reviewed for efficiency, technique, and proper alignment. This class will help build grip strength, stamina, and overall conditioning.
