About this event
Have you wanted to try rope but it was too intimidating? This class is for people who already have a decent aerial background in another apparatus, but want to learn common rope wraps, skills, terminology, and theory. Amy will set you up with a spreadsheet of skills she’s taught you that you can refer to, and once you complete the skills (or are at least familiar with them) you should be ready to enter any Intermediate Rope or Rope 2/3 class. Must be able to: Invert in the air. Stay in the air for 1 minute.
