- ➤ A child under five from the Denver metro area died from influenza, marking the season's eighth pediatric flu death (the highest count in nearly 20 years except during the H1N1 pandemic) with five of the eight unvaccinated. Colorado Public Radio
- ➤ Aurora Mental Health and Recovery announced it will lay off 111 employees (mostly support staff) on June 30 due to Medicaid funding cuts, eliminating only four direct care roles while also cutting unsustainable services as it prepares to open a new Crisis and Acute Care Center on South Potomac Street.
