- ➤ Police in Denver have been investigating four fatal crashes that occurred this past weekend on I-25, W. Colfax Avenue, and I-70—three of which involved hit-and-run drivers who struck pedestrians. Denver7

- ➤ Police in Westminster are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash that occurred around 8 p.m. Saturday at W. 92nd Avenue and Perry Street when a vehicle struck a motorcyclist who was pronounced dead at the scene (the victim's identity will be released once next of kin are notified). Denver7
- ➤ The Colorado State Patrol is investigating a hit and run crash that killed a cyclist on Sunday just before noon at 95th Street and Avocet Lane in Boulder County—witnesses should call dispatch at 303 239 4501 and reference case number 1D251939. Denver7

- ➤ Cecilia Wilson of Blackhawk has long wondered if horses seen on rural Colorado roads are wild because they run away when approached—this behavior and messy hair usually signal a wild mustang. The Bureau of Land Management held a wild horse auction on May 9-10—moving 40 horses from ranges such as Sand Wash Basin and Piceance-East Douglas. Colorado Public Radio
