- ➤ Arvada police arrested Carlos Manuel Cayetano, 39—charged with leaving the scene of an accident and other offenses—after he allegedly struck and killed longtime Arvada resident James Aguilar, a man in a wheelchair, just before 2 a.m. on May 8 on Wadsworth Boulevard north of 53rd Avenue. Denver7
- ➤ The Colorado Bureau of Investigation issued a Missing Indigenous Person Alert for 17-year-old McKayla Kemble last seen near Arvada Ridge Light Rail Station on Thursday at 3:30 p.m. while wearing a green and blue shirt, green hoodie and blue jeans; authorities ask anyone with tips to call (303-980-3489) or (911).
