- ➤ Police in Lakewood are investigating a suspicious death after a body in advanced stages of decomposition was found in an alley on the 9600 block of W. Colfax Avenue at 5 p.m. Friday & the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office will perform an autopsy on Sunday to determine the cause of death. Denver7
