- ➤ Kroenke Sports and Entertainment finalized buying dozens of acres near Ball Arena — including land where Elitch Gardens and Meow Wolf operate — as part of a redevelopment plan to better connect downtown neighborhoods. The company, in partnership with Revesco Properties, said its long-term plan will add a hotel, performance venue and two residential buildings atop a shared underground parking garage while creating three new neighborhoods over decades.
