- ➤ Mohamed Sabry Soliman pleaded not guilty to 12 federal hate crime charges for allegedly attacking demonstrators on Boulder’s Pearl Street Mall on June 1 with Molotov cocktails—he reportedly injured 15 people and a dog while preparing additional devices for the attack. Denver7
- ➤ Denver police reported that a 45-year-old Indigenous man named Will Franklin Kee has been missing from Denver since Tuesday—he is described by the Colorado Bureau of Investigation as 6 feet 1 inch tall with black and gray hair and a mustache and was last seen in a black baseball cap, black shirt, black pants and gray and black shoes so anyone who sees him should call 911 or the Denver Police Department. GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) told sheriffs in Denver and Adams counties that detained criminal defendants will only attend court hearings via video links from detention centers. County officials said the change may disrupt court operations and impact victims’ rights as courts prepare for upcoming hearings. Colorado Public Radio
