- ➤ SpaceX reached a deal with EchoStar worth $17 billion to acquire AWS-4 and H-block spectrum licenses for its Starlink Direct to Cell service + the agreement includes up to $8.5 billion in cash and stock each and will require about $2 billion in interest payments through November + EchoStar said it plans to use part of the funds to pay down its debt while allowing Boost Mobile subscribers to access the service.
