- ➤ Ball Corp said its CEO Dan Fisher stepped down immediately—Ron Lewis, the supply chain chief since 2019, will now serve as CEO. The board said Fisher's departure was not due to any disagreement and thanked him for his leadership while noting the move positions Ball to meet its 2025 goals. Colorado Public Radio
CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ On Saturday, Nov. 15, the Colfax Carousal Punk Fest will take over three local music venues—The Tight End Bar, The Squire Lounge, and Lion's Lair—to raise funds for businesses hurt by the East Colfax BRT Project. The event will feature 18 local punk bands starting at 7 p.m. and running until 1 a.m. Sunday with all-venue tickets at $30 and single-venue tickets at $15. Denver7
ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ After eight years of closure due to water contamination and erosion, Elk Meadow Park in Evergreen reopened with two new loop trails. The trails offer 3.1 miles of paths and include a route to the 8,000-foot Jenkins Peak and the shorter Bobcat Loop, with dogs required to stay on leash. Denver7

- ➤ A massive redevelopment project called Clayworks in Golden is unearthing fragments from Coors' historic ceramics plant as work continues on building new offices, housing, and retail spaces.
